School Year Bookings

It is time to start thinking about FALL adventures at Gould Lake!

Fall classes will be offered September 7 – November 30, 2026 (excluding Deer Hunting Season: Nov 1-13).    

Each school is eligible to receive ONE initial day of classes.

Schools are able to send up to four classes on that one day. Please note that some programs (ex kayaking and archery) can only be offered to one of the four classes per day. Depending on the programs selected and the number of Gould Lake staff that are available, program modifications or changing the selected program to an alternative option may be required. 

Please ensure that only one initial booking is made per school. After a few weeks, a follow-up email will be sent to all schools, and an opportunity to book an additional day will be provided if available. 

Please read ALL steps before starting the booking.

How to Book a Class:

1. Choose your Fall booking period by clicking on one of the following two buttons: Early Fall (Paddling season) or Late Fall (Land-based only).
   Please note that if a school selects 'Early Fall" it is expected that they will send at least one paddling class.   
2.  Fill out the booking form. First select an available date and choose "9AM" (this just a default time and does not determine the start of your visit - this will be dictated by your bus charter company). Please ensure that the email for the main contact is entered correctly. Any errors will result in the contact not being sent a follow up email to finalize and secure the booking. 
3. Submit the completed booking form. This temporarily secures your date for your school. 
4. The main contact from step 1 will receive an email with a subject line “Please finalize your Gould Lake Booking”. This contains a Microsoft form that is required to be filled out to finalize and secure your booking. Please submit ONE form per school. All information for all the classes attending will be included on the one form.  Please ensure that you choose the same date on the Microsoft form that you previously selected on the booking page in step 2.

We are asking that all interested schools please try and book their day by September 18, 2026. After that time, we will try and reach out to schools looking to book an additional day.
